Search results

I create a smart folder with several search criteria. I save it in ~/Library/Saved Searches. Whenever I open it, it's working normally. Problem is, I cannot edit the search criteria. When I try to do so, the query is gone, there are no search criteria defined and the folder is, of course, empty.
