    DVD/CD disappeared

    I have a PowerPC G4, OS X 10.3.4. Everything was grand, until I tried burning a DVD-R of all my mp3's to free up some HD space. The write failed, with an 'unable to verify content' error (Toast) and after that the DVD drive wouldn't open. I would click the eject button and the eject icon...
