I applied 12.1.15 update to Entourage 2008. I can send emails but can't retrieve them. It gave me a error 17099 - invalid email. I double checked the setting with Entourage X and they are identical. Why does it work on X version and not with 2008?
I am recently upgrading MS Office X to MS Office 2008. I got an error message --"The identity cannot be opened with this version" came up on Entourage. How do I fixes the problem?
