Viewing hidden files in 9 an X

How do I remove "Network" Globe

How do you remove the "Network" globe from the Computer level of Finder windows? I know it is part of NetInfo, but since I am using X from home, I have no need for this "Feature". I would like to find a way to hide it, without disabling any system functions, but am open to any suggestions.
