found a interesting reaction when i closed my macbookpro half way. when the red lines show up, i close the laptop half way its gone, and stays gone for a while when i push it back up. does anyone know what this means?

it may not be water damage. this mbp was upgraded from OSX version from older version. i was reading some other peoples red tint issue with that problem and they concluded that it could be a software issue too.

ohh, so basically i need a windows with SP2 already? so after i slip stream the file into windows xp, i reinstall the windows on the other partion? If i manage to find a windows xp cd with SP2 , i wont have to deal with slip stream right?

i put the mac osx leopard cd to install the drivers, but it says i need a windows update because it was missing something. so i downloaded a windows update on my ipod on my mac side and tried installing it . then it told me in order to install the update i need the service pack 2 at least...

i wanted to know if i could install the windows xp drivers on my MBP with a mac os x installation disks 1 and 2. or do i HAVE to have the mac os x leopard cd to install the drivers? if i dont have the leopard cd is there alternate solutions to install the drivers? THANKS :D
