Extensions are usually the issue when there are problems. With AdBlock, turn off the flash overlay option and that should fix it.

I use Sage RSS reader in FireFox and it seems much better than what Safari claims to have. I just open the RSS reader sidebar, hit refresh, and it'll check for updated feeds. Safri doesn't apper to have that.

I second adding your servers to the doc or the sidebar. I do that and have very little issues connection to windows servers. However, I have seen that disappearing act before. ;)

I might have them all in an icon restore application. (goes to look, right clicks, shows package contents) Yep look like them all. ;) I have them from when candybar screwed up my system icons. Tip: Don't run candybar and Shapeshifter or else candybar gets confused and you can loose some...
