I have a Firelite Smartdisk external hardrive and when I plug it in via USB it wont show up on desktop. In system profiler it shows plugged in and in disk utility it shows up too. This disk has gone back and forth between a mac and PC. Works fine on PC. Cant be verified or repaired in untility...
