Have you tried a different USB port on the computer? The one you are using may be damaged. Also, I don't think it will help, but try formatting the camera. This is usually an option on the camera. Move all your files from the camera to another computer first.

Exactly. That was the main problem with IBM, they simply couldn't deliver what Apple wanted (based on speed as well as simple request). Not to say they're a bad company, just not good enough for the needs of Apple.

Just received my confirmation email... should be despatched tomorrow. I use a Microsoft Intellimouse (something like that) which is nice, but the scroll wheel is awful... can't wait for this.
