I'm running 10.5.8 I couldn't get the Disk Utility app to work. So, I just reinstalled the whole system with DVD given to me. And I ran the Archive and Install, so all my files and apps won't be deleted. Everything seems to be working normally again, but I guess I'll have to wait a bit longer...
