iMac will not boot
Said about one hour when I started it; bar was moving etc. Came back 30 minutes later to a gray screen with the apple in center, no install box, no disk sound. Boots fine in safe mode; found a bad .plist file though.- jjn3

iMac will not boot
I have a 27" iMac, 8gb with OS 10.6.2 I recently replaced Norton Antivirus with Intego X6; I read an article on teh problems caused by all AV software and decided to remove X6. I used the uninstall utility to remove both Norton and X6. Presently my iMac will only boot in safe mode. If I...- jjn3
