In the Finder hit command (apple)+j to bring up display preferences for windows/the desktop. From here you can change icon sizes, text sizes. whether or not image priveiws are shown, enable/disable snapping/arrange by name date etc. Preferences for folders can be set on a folder by folder basis...

Have you checked all your VGA pins and any adapters that you might have running for wear and damage (ie. frayed cables and bent connector pins)?

What kind of monitor do you have? A CRT monitor can cause interference to analouge audio equpiment if it's nearby (ie. speakers or an amplifier), esp. when there's screen activity ie. switching apps or using Exposé.

It's compeltely possible... Although the chances of you running software that, in it's latest incarnation, doesnt run on Panther/Tiger is slim. I'd check with the manufactuer to see if there' an updated version for Panther/Tiger and even then, it's rare that something that runs on Jaguar won't...

Yup, it's here! I really like the black thang they've got going on with the webiste as well. Tiger looks to be verrrrry cool! EDIT!: And it get cooler! Now the sub-location bar at the top of the window (downloads, switch etc) has a brushed metal-fading into black thing now. Very cool.
