I'd be hesitant to put that weight on staples. You'd be better of using a router or dado to cut in grooves for the straps to go around the back. And be sure to screw to studs or use molly bolts to make sure it's secure. Also, if the IR give you any trouble, add a mirror at 45º angle. ;-)
