A Mac is a Mac, regardless of age. As for Windows desktops, it doesn't matter - not worth getting vexed about it, but they aren't really interesting and I guess this IS a Mac site.. then again, if it's Windows running on a Mac we have a grey area. :)

I don't think I recall anyone saying it's a "protable gamming device", but it's primary function and target audience is clear, and having movies ready for it really is little more than a sneaky way of getting people to spend even more money on it. As for "it pwns the iPod anyday" I'm not sure...

Indeed, now here in the UK we're banned from smacking kids. When I see some of the behaviour of kids around here, I dread to think how they will grow up.

Thank heavens! I'm so pleased, I think a lot of us have had worries in the last 24 hours.

Well, I think teachers and policemen SHOULD be allowed to give kids a clip around the ear, it may teach them a bit of respect. But that's another debate for another time ;-)

This is absolutely true, things are reported more, the world is a smaller place and perhaps we are more concerned about stamping such behaviour out, but never think things were better in the past they were not. Of course this is no comfort to anyone who looses a loved one in such a manner.
