I think if the new OS is all about working with 64bit, and they put safari and iChat 2.0 in it, (among a few others) we will see a $129.00 upgrade. I would imagine a 64bit retooling would have taken some effort, and only people who buy a 64bit powermac will get the benifts of such an OS. So...

That is possible, but my guess was that it is based on sales (money) and not the number of units shipped. What I mean is that Dell sells lots of computers, but maybe the cost of their Pc's are so low right now, that they are not making the same level of sales (money) as the more expensive...

I think being number 5 in sales is pretty great when you only have 3.8% of the market. I also find it more than a little interesting that Dell did not make it on either list. I am sure they shipped and sold more units than the rest, but did not make as much on the sale of them. Matthew
