    I don't think Apple has implemented that feature with full rights yet. We will have to wait for them to add more than just read rights.

    how is your toolbar customized, have you both text and icons? if not you need that, or at least icons. In my honest opinion this is pretty stupid, but you have exactly the same effect in finder windows when you want to do a search!.

    Have you checked Team Agenda at http://www.teamsoft.com/ We have been using it in a mixed pc/mac enviroment and the new version should support os-x.
