it is actually working out better than i hoped. i havent done much by the way of gaming, but it does all my work stuff pretty well. cant wait for jaguar :)

thanks for your replies... i actually bought the 14.1" 700MHz iBook. although i do dig the tiBook, i couldnt afford it, and you are right. the iBook is reasonably fast enough to run word, etc. i havent played games on it yet, but i just wanted to make sure i got something that would be fast...

bump.... as it turns out, i cant even open newly created accounts. i just get the logging in message and the spinning HD cursor and it doesnt stop... can someone help me?? thank you

i was a long time pc user, and at times miss wintel for the games and hardware available for gaming... otherwise, i dont miss it at all.. i do still have an old dell laptop (pII 233) with win98. just in case. but havent used it in months

i was just wondering how to activate the graphics eq display of itunes like on musicmatch or winamp for pc? i have seen on apple.com an animated gif of itunes in minimized form able to do so, but for the life of me havent figured out how to do it. thanks in advance.

i have the program aquamon running in the background on both my g4 867 and iBook 700. my problem for both computers, is it states the cpu temp cant be determined cuz i have an unsupported cpu. any ideas? TIA
