Installation took about 7 minutes for cd 1 and 6 for cd 2 and the OS is oh so smooth. Expose rocks.

HMM...strange on the new powerbook. what build of panther are you using? did you upgrade to it. 10.3 7b74 is smooth when it comes to all window resizing on my 1.6 G5. Perhaps a clean install would help. Just my 2 cents.

The thing looks cheap. Now for the PC side of things, other than building it yourself, Dell is right up there with quality IMO (as much as can be expected), but this thing looks janky. I love my iPod.

Wonder if Apple will release a 10.2.8 update for G5s anytime soon. Anyone have any idea if this will happen or will we have to wait for 10.3?

NO G5 UPDATE 10.2.8 does not work on G5's. That's a bummer. Hopefully they will release a G5 update soon. Not that I have anything to complain about. ;-)

You can install 10.0.4 on top of 10.0 if you use Software Update. It will detect your version and download the appropriate "combo" package to install. Hope this helps.
