Win 98 SE runs the best. If you're going to be netwroky stuff, then 2000 but 98SE normally. Runs a lot faster in 9 though, OS X cycling keeps VPC from hogging the CPU load which in this case is a bad thing. So for speed, OS9 with 98SE and Second Edition is v important. :)
