I recommend NewsFire. It's a newly devleoped upcoming RSS Browser, the UI is really really nice, and it makes reading RSS nice and simple, how it should be! :)

Spymac works fine for me, had 1Gb email via Pop3 for quite sometime now. Over @ Neowin, all the 'windows users' never STFU about Gmail, i am so tired of hearing about it, its just email service, WOW!

Back when I was At college, I was doing an IT course, and next to our room of computers was the Graphic Design students. Their room was kitted out with G4 Towers and G3 iMac's (back in like 2001). Cutting a long story short, i used to hate Mac's, I used Windows, was quite 'into' Windows etc etc...

Bottom setting! ;) Personally I like this browser. Tabs are MAJOR for me, I hate in Safari having to hit Command+T or File / New Tab. I NEED a 'insert Tab' button. Shiira offers two ways of doing it, one on the Tab bar, and one as a button. The browser seems nice, but I gotta say, opening...

Pipex mate - there's NO Cap on your bandwidth either... No problems really at all, must be 18months or maybe 2years now

I use Pipex! A couple of times i've emailed them about things, and included screenshots - I forget what, but the fact I'm running OS X on a 'non-supported' USB DSL modem, didn't bother them. I would recommend them, most definately!!

Maybe the Beatles' might sue them after then? :D :P

What's wrong with CD / DVD burning @ present? Between Finder, Disc Utility and iApps it seems fine. I have one query, something i've never bothered to look for, since i use Toast. Anyhow, out of the box, can OS X do multi-session CDR burning? As I say, I use it, but Toast works a treat for me! :)

dlloyd, you know much about the underpinnings to Longhorn? I couldn't tell you exactly why its better, but you obviously realize that Longhorn is 3d hardware accelated now, right? :P I read that there can be animated icons or something... I'll have to find out.. hmm, personally it doesn't...

Nice one Fryke, for me it was a toss-up between a 15" PowerBook or a G5... Personally being tied to a desk never really bothered me, so i went the route of the desktop. Some Pics would be cool tho if you got time... :) Nice!

Thats not quite such a problem.. The PowerBook is already languishing really, and will remain so as long as its running as part of the G4 family. With the iMac being a desktop too, it wouldn't be so bad, IMO PowerBooks REALLY need a G5 cpu badly, to re-distinguish themselves from the consumer...

Sounds cool, i'll have a look. Digital radio really NEEDED this implemented tho, seems stupid without it...

I am agree with Dlloyd. Currently the Pro line-up is a bit of a mess... The PowerMac is pretty awesome, but its portable counter-part doesn't really emphasize the mobile power of its, Pro, big brother. IMO the PowerBook, in terms of power lies awkwardly between the Pro and Consumer level...

The 64Bit makes a difference to video encoding? I don't know much about the true benefits (aside more RAM avaliable) of 64Bit. I figured it was merely just the muscle of the CPU(s). The Warez stuff, should be safe, this was for me, with my DVD! :p Thanks all the same. I'll host up that...

I am Mac ONLY! :) I don't see much use in a PC really! DP 2GHz G5 G4 Cube 500MHz (for UK sale...) ...My Brother is getting a 1.25GHz (SuperDrive model) eMac as his first Mac, this month too! On my recommendation - I hope that is a GOOD recommendation, without actually having used one...
