I did under su the chmod 755 and it is running fine since then. the problem is my qpopper, It won't mantain the conection.

I assume you are using port 60000? Do you get an error during setup? try using localhost address instead. 127.0.0.1:60000

what is it that you are trying to do? are you serving as a router? The bad news is that networking in OSX is not managed as Unix or linux and webmin has no access to network configuration files on OSX.

I think the fastest easiest and with more support is Yellow Dog Linux and now there is version 3. It uses the same rpms as Red Hat Linux. And also comes with webmin already installed.

you can buy some of those quick references from linux. those laminated. and most of the commands work. you can also go to "sbin" directories and most of what you see are terminal commands. just type "any_command --h" for options.

At least you could boot from jaguar CD. I'm stuck with it. I cannot make my 233 wallstreet to boot from it. Not even gray screen.

The problem is thar I'm running the server, and in the server there in not such a thing like that. But now I figured out. The ServerAdmin in launching this daemons, but at the same time if you modified manually the httpd_macosxserver.conf, serveradmin trying to restore it will eventualy delete...

Have you tried using webmin for configuring and running with a gui? check it out. www.webmin.com It is easy to install and works great.
