Changing the resolutions for root doesnt work because the preferences are stored for every user seperately! :) ;)

My tip: Buy a PCI ATA 133 Card and attatch a fast (at least 7200rpm) HardDisk! With one of those cards you can connect up to 4 Drives! The best sollution is to get a ACARD RAID Card. Those cards kick butt! :D You will get about 50MB/s!!! :) :) :) :) :)
