Thanks for your help. Mac mini is first priority. 1ghz upgrade for G3 is second priority. I am really getting into macs now and i barely touch my pc.

If i can i'll do both. Since I am kinda a new mac guy. (old powermac G3s and powerbook g3s) trying to get to the newer stuff. I have tiger on my powermac and it is great but what could i do on the 1ghz powermac? Will it do H.264? Will i be able to play halo? (and i am planing on upgrading...

and yes it is 1ghz. 200 bucks versus 600 bucks.

Would I get a dramatic performance change? would it be worth it? or should i just get a mac mini?
