P.C. disables every Internet connection on non-administrator accounts (see numerous Apple Discussion threads) - regardless what settings you choose. Any idea how to fix that before Apple does (or does not)?

Had I known how many severe and annoying problems I'd have to face, I would never have upgraded. NEVER. I wish I could go back just like that, but to run Time Machine (that didn't work either!), I had to delete my X.4 backup... BEWARE.
