Hi guys, Help! I'm running 10.3.9 and using Panther cache cleaner 2.4.8 to do maintenence. After running rebuild prebindings and repair permissions etc on reaching the 'you must restart your computer for this to take effect' stage I hit the restart button and...it doesn't! Any ideas/help...
