    Chimera 0.3

Omniweb currently uses parts of the Mozilla javascript engine. Mozilla came to be when Netscape open sourced their classic communicator code. Mozilla.org worked for a while on what would be Netscape 5, but then they realized that it would have sucked and been way behind the times so they...

    My Calculator App[

Yes, I know, but there are built in degrees to radians and radians to degrees functions, so I'll just use those for now. Also I'm doing a big rewrite of the app structure so I may not post an update for a while... Except I posted one earlier this morning at...

    My Calculator App[

Yes, I messed up the screenshot URL. It is actually this: http://homepage.mac.com/jeffhume/calcex.jpg Zots, I'm actually using a NSTextView not a table view. Maybe I should swithc it to a tableview, except I need to figure them out first :). Also I did have a 0.4 version that didn't...

    Chimera and Flash?

Hrm, it should be working for you especially if you already have Flash installed in Mozilla. It might be a browser detection script that sucks though.

    Chimera 0.3

It isn't the official release it is just kind of a 0.3 beta. Hyatt posted this about 0.3 in one of his recent blog entries -http://www.mozillazine.org/weblogs/hyatt/2002_06_02_mozillian_archive.html#85149064.

    My Calculator App[

Yes, I am using tan() cos() etc. And they are almost instant for me. I'm not sure why they would be slow for you. Hrm. I'm also going to get it to respond to keyboard input. I needed the backend working first though. Hrm yes that is kind of funky, something is happening there it seems to...

    QT Pro: Maybe higher price...

Well considering it is now based on MPEG-4 and its totally different paying for it seems reasonable especially considering that apple is going to have to pay a lot of money in royalty fees. Why don't you help them out instead of being so cheap. All of you on here can afford $30 I think.

Hey, I'm working on a Calculator program for practicing Cocoa. It isn't complete and some things are a little messed up, but I'd love if you guys could download it and give me some feedback. As of now the trig functions give answers in Radians, I will make it an option. I will also add more...

Ed, How can you use 800x600 with OS X? That must be awful :). Anyways iCab is alright it doesn't stack up with omniweb or mozilla though, and I still like chimera as well, but the feature set isn't there. Its a nice little browser for what it does. I probably wont pay for it though...
