You can run on some x86 Linux versions the Mac OS but only up to 8 version, tops! :D So, basically you cannot have Mac OS...X (aka Panther or 10.3) ;) Never forget that you can buy a used Mac with $500-$600 and it will be able to run OS X just fine! And maybe it well let you do some things...

Old news! :D Still, they have a long way to go and methinks that until they will release it, MANY things will change by then for them but for Apple as well :p

But you aren't changing desktops, themes, updating patches/updates, playing games, creating the latest and greatest movie, etc with a car :rolleyes: MANY people like to boast that computers are just tools but they, exactly at that moment, try HARD to play it "logical", "grown up"...

No! No way! I'm not against M$ Office! All I was trying to say is that there are some alternatives and just posted about them... You understood me wrong :D As for Office 2004 it seems that it will be ok with some nice features in but with some other features out! :rolleyes:

For those NOT with LOADS of money but with Panther installed there is a very serious contender in the Office area PLUS it is free! Find more here: http://www.openoffice.org/ There is an older version there which is VERY easy to install... I'm saying this because the newer version isn't...
