without knowing the exact particulars of your situation, i think you could try manually setting the permissions in terminal. chown -R username /Applications everything in applications will know be owned by the user 'username' hope that helps.

but, i think i read on apple's website that there are compatability issues with a few apps. i distinctly remember remote desktop being one of them. ASM was in the list too. and some others. hope this helps.

pressing <b>Command-Caps Lock-4</b> will let you capture only the window whose title bar you click. give it a try! it makes an image right on the desktop. and with tinker tool, you can select the format (the defualt OS format is tiff, but you can mek it jpg, or others, i belive.)
