See, I actually liked the window borders in OS 9; if there's one thing I would add to Aqua, it would be that, no doubt. It seems to me like removing them was a step back to the system 7 days. Strictly my opinion though, of course. :)

I too am using Rhapsodized, but with ThemeChanger. I haven't tried Duality in quite a while. I became terrified of it when I ruined my system trying to switch themes (though it was more than likely my own fault, if I remember right). Is it out of beta yet?

Hm. I think by "home user" I meant average email-checking web-reading AIM-chatting people. My bad. I do see your point though. it is, indeed, a matter of personal preference, but do you agree that a simpler, less "loud" GUI would be both faster and easier to look at for long periods of time?

Will do, when I find the time. But I might just wait until Konfabulator 1.1 comes out, since it will supposedly support text input boxes. That's really all I need now.

It's certainly more modern, but thanks for keeping the old one as an option. :) Nothing bad about it in particular; it's really quite nice and smooth and clean. I'm just terribly used to the old one, I guess.

I'd looove a tower in clear plastic over white with silver highlights, like the iPod. And losing those crazy handles would be a big plus too. The Cube was perfect.
