mp sucks period. any windows user knows that. the fact that it doesnt encode to mp3 is very stupid too, but smart. wmv has many copy pertection features that mp3 will never have. anyways, I am not an MS lawyer to explain why that move was smart, but wmv sucks too- I mean you cant even play it...

don't buy the bose mediamate.... what kind of bass responce can you get out of those? Just about any 100$ 2.1 speakers will do better than those bose speakers... don't listen to anybody that wants you to spend 500$ on "computer" speakers or recivers... get a real stereo if you want that...

the geforce card you have should be able to play all the latest games for mac out right now... Wait untill the next generation of cards comes out... Geforce FX and the Radeon "10000" .... (about 6 months)

can't you buy generic AGP PC Cards and just download the drivers? I don't know if this would work... but AGP is a standard, just like PC133 ram....
