Neah Im sure its just your keyboard.. Over time dust and crud works its way into the keyboard no mater how careful you are about it.. They don't last forever.. I'm sure if you get yourself a shiny new one you'll be fine..

I dont know what your ordering so I cant be 100% sure.. What I meant was Adobe offers you the choice of either downloading after youve payed, OR paying a shipping fee and having the whole retail box (with CD/DVD) shipped to you instead of the download option. Thats my impression of what a "disk...

My guess would be they also offer a direct download option.. Like with Adobe when you order off their site you can either download it or pay a shipping fee to have the retail box sent to you..
