Apparently, according to this link, Postfix replaces sendmail. Now the big question: how do I get it working and tell php to use it.

Is sendmail missing from 10.3? I've yet to get it working (let alone find where it is) since the 10.3 WWDC Build. It's rather distressing b/c I use the php mail() function often on my web site (hosted on my mac, of course).

I think he meant using thousands as opposed to millions. I've seen it also.

Go3iversion has the same iPod problem myself and others have. fryke: the minimize thing I am referring to (sorry, should have described it then) is when I click the yellow button, it minimizes and then pops back up instantly. This never had happened before, and it only occurs in the Finder...

Interesting. Maybe this build will fix that annoying iPod crash with iTunes and the Finder minimize thing. That annoys everyone who uses my iMac :D.

Mostly things like iTunes, iMovie, etc. I can't be sure, but I think disk 2 is needed for the full use of OS X Panther, as Jaguar's apps will either run, crash, or not run at all.

That new Exposé feature is a nice touch, but does have 1 bug, I think: If you hit F11, then hit it twice, the windows don't move, but the outline appears.

I find that it works occasionally (75-80% of the time) if I open iTunes w/o the iPod, click the green "Zoom" button, and THEN plug in my 'Pod (2nd Generation 10GB). I don't know if this is a FireWire bug or an iPod recognition issue or something else, but I haven't had problems reading discs...

I'm surprised they didn't. Maybe they take us for more clever than we are when it comes to burning little DiskImage segments :D.

On the 10.2.6 machine, did you try selecting the first segment file as the burn file/source? That might load the rest as it goes. Other than that, I'm out of ideas.

Segmented images? That's a new one for me. I always get full dmgs. My guess is you need to lock the segments and mount them (so that the mounted image is locked), then make a full, single image of that. I don't know if it will be bootable then, but it's worth a shot.

According to Mr. Hyatt, its mostly behind the scenes stuff, tiny little things I probably never even needed. Progress is good anyway on "the Mac's greatest browser".

Yes it is, but I've found it slightly less stable than 1.0, but if Dave Hyatt's work has ben added, I'm all for it!! :D

Address Book crash? Haven't heard of it, or seen it yet.

Even w/o QX, Fast User Switching will work. Turn it on in the Accounts PrefPane > Login Options settings. It just fades to blue instead of cubing it.

Ah, yes. When you Exposé to the desktop, a border (dark, transparent, much like when Exposé F9 or F10 is used and small portion of all the windows are shown. I'll get a pic up later.

Mine upgraded just fine. As some have had problems, your milage may vary, and always have a backup incase you need to reformat and put a clean system on.
