    OS X 10.5 Intel only?

It's WAY too early for Apple to drop their PowerPC support; I expect them to support it till at least 2010. Either way, my guess is that when Leopard is installed on a PowerPC Mac Boot Camp will simply be a grayed out option.

Apple at NAB lights, CAMERAS, action...

I hate speculating to a certain degree, cause it's so inaccurate. I just say everyone wait and see. ;)

    Underclocked Video Cards?

Mikuro is right, 99% of people look at the amount of VRAM and the class the card is in (eg. 256MB VRAM and one of the top cards, this one is for me). Very rarely is the clock speed taken into account. Either way, this is a laptop, and it was never intended to be the ultimate gamer's machine...

I used one for the first time the other day. Very, very nice I must say. You won't be disappointed.

    burst.com claims on Apple

Yeah, unfortunately that's how things go — the more popular you become, the more attention you draw, and a lot of that is usually negative. I'm seeing too many of these lawsuits against Apple now, most of the time from companies I've never even heard of. Here's hoping for an Apple win!

    fcs5 on mbp

Symphonix is correct. The biggest difference you'll notice between applications under Rosetta versus an application that's been redone as a Universal binary is its speed. If you want to continue using FCS under Rosetta and don't mind the speed, then it should run just fine. If you want a giant...

For best results, I recommend Final Cut Pro.

    Entourage 2004 v11.2.3 on Mac 10.3.9

This would be a total guess, but check your Outgoing mail settings.

    .m2v directly into Toast?

I'm not sure if it can be done directly into Toast, but through DVDSP2 it will take a very long time. I suggest leaving it to Build & Format overnight.

    Right-click MacBooks — when?

It only makes sense that Apple include a right-click in their notebooks, for two reasons: 1. They're including Mighty Mouses with all of their desktops, so it would be stupid to have some computers with two buttons, some with one. 2. Practicality. The control key may be near the trackpad, but...

Sounds like you have a problem with your Outgoing settings. Check that everything there is correct, then try again.

    Can I upgrade from 10.2.8?

10.2.8 is years behind, you should go and purchase a copy of Tiger, then download the 10.4.6 update via Apple's website.

    Right-click MacBooks — when?

With the release of the Mighty Mouse, Apple have finally entered the right-click and scroll ball world that PC users have enjoyed for years. Now after the introduction of the two fingered scrolling capabilities found on MacBooks and Powerbooks, when do you think Apple will finally introduce a...

Will Apple drop OS X in favour of Windows?

Apple will continue to create their own OS. With Apple's success this millennium there's absolutely no reason to drop Mac OS X in favor of an inferior OS such as Windows. The thing that has always made Apple who they are are their computers, and their own OS that goes with it. If the OS...

    The new MacBook (No "Pro")

I'm expecting something similar to the current iBook in looks, with a 13.3" widescreen display, MagSafe connector, built in iSight camera, Front Row, probably the same DVD-RW drive as the current MacBook Pro and maybe...just maybe...a backlit keyboard in the high end model.
