Can anyone else access their iDisk?

Well it just started for me. I've been updating a Web site I run using iDisk, and suddenly tonight it can't connect. d8n_two

    No Keynote on TechTV

I guess that would put TechTV in the press pass boat with the rumor sites. Whatever it is, Apple seems to be becoming less and less friendly with the press. d8n_two

Can anyone else access their iDisk?

It keeps telling me it can't connect to the server. Anyone else having a problem?

    The Totally Made Up Keynote

I was really hoping for iPod 2 with full featured wireless phone, PDA (with Mobile OS X), and wireless support for Airport & Bluetooth. Not to mention the 20 gig hard drive with Gigawire connectivity. C'mon Steve. Where's it at? d8n_two

    No Keynote on TechTV

It starts @ 9 AM Eastern/8 c/7 m/6 p.... Yeah, say what you will about TechTV's MWSF coverage, but in my opinion, watching it on a 30" TV is better than watching it on a 3x3 box on my computer. I guess the latter is our only option tomorrow. d8n_two

Apple's stock price continues to struggle...

Apple's stock has dropped 9% in after hours trading. It's down to around $16.25; only about $1.50 above it's 52-week low of $14.68. I hope ole Alan Greenspan is right about a full economic recovery being on it's way. d8n_two

    MS does .mac one better...

Actually, I meant to post it a little more light-heartedly then most of you are taking it. True "hub" isn't an Apple-copyrighted term, and Apple hasn't done some of the things the article talks about. But, who has been saying for the last 6 months to a year that the PC is not dead, it's simply...

    MS does .mac one better...

So we've all been worried about this bizzaro universe in which Apple tries to imitate M$ (i.e. .mac). Well this article from Reuters should set us all back to the real world in which M$ follows Apple's lead. It is talking about the next update to XP, dubbed "XP Media Center." It aims to...

Apple to charge for iTools (or .mac)?

I still think (hope) that Apple wouldn't turn around and try to charge for basic services. If they at least keep the e-mail free, I can probably find alternatives to HomePage and iDisk. I know a lot of people who are very proud of their mac.com e-mail. It's really the only iTool some Mac...

Isn't it time to really promote OS X?

Voice- I think this alphabet thing is going to take off. You'd be wise to get in on it now. They say that in the future you won't be able to communicate without it. d8n_two

Isn't it time to really promote OS X?

I'm not really calling for Apple to push Xserve to the public. It's not made for general consumers. My girlfriend's uncle became really interested in server possibilities after hearing about OS X consumer edition. This is why I think OS X exposure to the general public is so important because...

Isn't it time to really promote OS X?

I know this topic has been discussed over and over, but isn't it time that Apple puts OS X in the advertising spotlight? The need for this was brought to my attention when I was hanging out with my girlfriend and her uncle. Her uncle is an Internet banking software developer/manager and...

Apple to charge for iTools (or .mac)?

Here's another idea that I've heard: Apple will keep basic iTools free, but charge $100/year for new advanced ".mac" services. These services might include top level domain name registration with .mac, i.e. www.yourdomain.mac, as well as advanced hosting and iDisk features. I don't know if...
