Hello, I would like to connect my powerbook to my 17" monitor so that one window can flow from monitor to monitor. I plugged in the adapter and all that it is doing is showing the same thing that is on my powerbook. Can anyone help me out with this. Thanks in advance. peace, Steve

unchecking put hard disk to sleep whenever possible did it!

Forgive me if this is really novice, but I just started on OSX. I set my screensaver to come on after 10 minutes of non-use, but all the time the screen turns black and never shows the screensaver. What would be the reason for this? Thanks, Steve
