Hey there, I've just ordered a PB 12" in Germany. On the site it said that the availability was 2-4 days, but then in the order confirmation it said to expect 2-4 days for processing the order and then 2-5 days for delivery!! :( ... does anyone have experience with how long it actually takes...

Have you tried calling your DOS files .<name> (prefixing the name with a dot) ?? That should make them hidden on a UNIX like system (such as OS X). And with the ATTRIB +H it will be hidden on DOS/Win systems. Haven't tried this myself - its just speculation. C

Java is platform independant, but some of the libraries access native code via the JNI interface. I'm not 100% sure, but I think Java3D falls into the latter category. If this is the case, then it won't run on OS X until the relevant native libs have been made.
