Fixed it! chmod +x /Volumes/(effected volume) then changed permissions when I remounted it. :)

I was messing around with my RAID array (dumb) and was paying the the permissions and ownership with right clicking "Get Info". I changed it to 'no access" figuring I could change it back. I began getting (maybe) 'error 213' when I changed it, tried to change it back. I may have changed...
