I, too, have wanted a compression program, but I didn't want one bad enough to pay for it haha...So this is good. It may help me reconsider not renewing .mac in Sept when the introductory price runs out, but I wouldn't bet on it. ;)

I need to do more tests, but it seems faster so far...On the pages I have loaded (which were probably cached from the version it replaced) the pages loaded in half the time it used to take, and the loading process went smoother. I just cleared out my cache and reloaded Macnn.com, and Safari...

My nearest one is in Atlanta-which is 3 hours away. If I stayed in NC, there is one in Durham which is six hours away. :rolleyes: So, whenever you hear the statistic that 85 percent of America lives within 15 miles of an Apple store, Steve isn't talking about me haha..

I think it just came out last night sometime. I downloaded Virex 7.1 last night, and by the time I got to work at 11, 7.2 was out haha....So I had to delete it all and reinstall it this morning. I think the auto update feature is something that is long overdue. As soon as I finished installing...
