nope, didnt get it to clarify i just want to give the files thumbnail views in the finder, not create actual separate thumbnails

with 10.2 my elph stopped working with image capture, it goes to 100% cpu and stays there until i kill it from the terminal i dont mind this so much though because i use a cf to pcmcia adapter and can just drag and drop the files, but without the handy little thumbnails i have come to love...

is there any way i could get an image of the cd that came with it from you?

are there any hardware differences between the two models or is it just the firmware and software that comes with it? i have a 5gb ipod but want to upgrade to a 10 or 20 (yes, i have that many mp3s :)) and a friend is interested in buying my old one if it will work on his pc if i buy a new...

i have a similar screen spot although not as pronounced as yours mine is from a rather violent impact though, a drunken friend didnt see my speaker cable and sent both himself and the open tibook to the ground with extreme prejudice

i pay for mac software pirating stuff for windows just seems right though

i have heard the tibook 500 actually outperforms the 550 beause of the larger cache :D obviously a tibook will run osx better because of altivec, but newish ibooks are great too

i think its something on their end i havent been able to get a complete listing any time in the past month

im pretty sure all you have to do is double click them, then they will open up in your addressbook. because the ipod is a separate drive they will probably make a local copy in wherever exactly they are stored

well yeah, i knew that ;) when it starts up though it autojoins irc.bitchx.com and uses my login as my nick, i would like to find a way to change that so i dont have to do it manually every time thanks anyway though
