yeh i think i'll do that, thanks. actually, the mac version doesn't allow me to "autofill". I did exactly that, and put the data at cells B80 to B85 to sample it, and tried typing part of the text and nothing comes up. Is there a way to autofill in excel for mac?

If anyone knows how to import outlook pst files including mail messages, sent messages, calendar data, appointments etc... is this all possible in mac? I know a few programs have somewhat similar features, but, even if there is some solution coming out soon, like the new version of office...
