i agree with camelot. default gateway is where your external traffic will go. now to ensure that work related traffic goes on en1, you have to figure out the network number(s) of your work subnet, and give en1 an IP address on that subnet. so give en0 an IP address like 192.168.0.10...

you will notice that terminal.app preferences in that picture allow you to control transparency. currently, with 10.1, you can only do that with command line hidden preferences, but it is in the GUI preferences in jaguar. so we are looking at jaguars terminal.app

yeah, chenly is right. sometimes the easiest way to view a postscript file is to just print it. my network printer lets my just ftp a file, ascii or postscript, and it will print it.

did you show info on the file, and then open with application and choose disk copy? what error did disk copy give you when you tried to mount?

with the defaults settings, i think all you need to do to run a CGI scrpit is to chmod 755 the cgi script, so i can t see what might be wrong. you didn t monkey with httpd.conf, did you?

well OSX uses tcsh by default, so feel free to use your .cshrc % cat > .cshrc alias carrot "rm -r *" ^D or else use TextEdit.app. making sure that you save as ascii text, not rtf. then exit, and start a new shell. its just like your old solaris account.
