    Installing the 7.0.1 patch from Microsoft seems to fix this issue. It went away for me after I installed the patch

    As far as the PDA it really depends on the type of application files she is transfering. As far as software there is PocketMac. It works well with most PDA's From Palm, Windows Pocket PC and BlackBerry's. Hope this helps some, Jim

    Steve, It's a clean install, never been a fan of upgrades. I did install the "additional app's" from the Panther disk beening mainly the iLife app's. I also restored all my mail and such from a backup I took right before installing Tiger. Thanks for the help, Jim

    I still get a few files in the trash, so far none have been mail attachments. The 2 files I see most often are widgets from Konfabulator. I have deleted the 2 widgets and replaced them with fresh downloads with no change. It's not really a problem to me I'm just finding it to be an annoyance. Jim

    By chance are you using PGP software? I was and it caused this to happen. There are 2 solutions if you are. PGP has a beta version 9 that works or unistall PGP and wait dor the release version.

    Scary thing is I used to have one of those phones, darn wish I would have kept it. Who knew it would serve a purpose one day.
