Hi, I hope this is in the right place. Can anyone think of a reason why one of my emacs cannot connect to hotmail or tiscali email services? It is possible to sign in to them, but when you send the password, safari just freezes. Any ideas? Thanks, Liz :)

I am trying to get into an emac running tiger. It goes through the grey screen start up ok, but then I get a blank blue screen and nothing! I have tried to restart by pressing the options ket etc and unplugging, but nothing happens. It is in a school, but I can't imagine anything that 15...

Dunno if any one can help, but on my daughters part of my LCD imac there is a little thing that says "untitled (WP)" right in the middle of her desktop. It is white writing on a dark background and sausage shaped. It can't be trashed or moved, I can't find it in any of her documents or files...

Does anyone know if it's possible to repair pro speakers? RH one is dead and I think it's probably the connections in the jack (baaaaaad design there!) that have gone, especially as I only ever drop the LH one :o . Any help would be appreciated Liz :)

hey canada-man! did you manage to get your speakers fixed caused one of mine has just died (right hand one) :( and I was wondering if they were indeed fixable?

my mouse has stopped working properly and it's the clear one click on. I would get another make but they are butt ugly and can't bring myself to do it cos I LOVE my mac mouse, just the damn thing won't work properly!
