Lately I deleted a user to start over. Now I want to mount all its old data (i found the username.sparseimage file) but I don't know how to do it.

How can I change the group owner for just the Accounts label under System Preferences?
OR
How can I disable access to it?
Since I'll know how to regain access it doesn't matter a full restriction to it. I have a brother that uses this same computer and unfortunately he's Admin too...
