I installed OS 10.2 (backing up the old currupted OS9). It rebooted after finishing the installation and the message "You need to restart your computer. Hold down the power button for several seconds or press the Restart button." With what looks to be like an error code FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF. Any help?
