so i made this workflow that copies files from a folder to my external harddrive for backup... i want to make it so when i plug the disk in, it will automatically do this workflow. right now i right click and have the option to run the flow, but i'd rather have a script that just makes it...

whenever i restart/shutdown my computer, the finder and spotlight both do not work. they just say searching and nothing happens. then when i relaunch the finder, it works again? what can i do to get this back to normal? thanks! (i am running a fully updated machine)
