RAID 1 on dual 2.7 G5?
Sounds good, just G5, no MacPro yet. I will also have external firewire backup as well so I think this will work.- brewster42

RAID 1 on dual 2.7 G5?
I would like to set up a RAID 1 on my Dual 2.7 G5. I would be buying 2 new identical drives. I am looking for data redundancy, not speed so that is why I think I want RAID 1 (drive mirroring) Can I use the G5s existing two drive bays with my two new drives and does OS X (10.4) have built...- brewster42

Getting photos off iPod onto another computer
My hard drive in my G5 went bad but the good news is all my photos (2800+) are backed up on my iPod. My fear is that when I connect the ipod to another computer, the iPod will be erased and I will loose everything. What is the best way to do this?- brewster42
