I've had the same problem as you before on my Macbook with the ethernet.
I've downloaded Sysspec software to know the name of the device.
To solve the problem :
-go to marvell.com
-Put
Pc connectivity + Windows XP
Download the driver named : yukon Windows 32 bits installer...
