    As long as you can get them into the iBook somehow, you'll be just fine. You may find yourself limited by hard disk space, but the DVD writer will be just fine when connected via firewire.

    I'm using a Logitech cordless (about $40, not the "mouseman" one) and it's awesome! I just love the feel and the weight with the 2 AA's in it makes it nice and heavy.

    processor upgrades for G4?

    PowerLogix has a downloadable installation QT file. Looks very easy. I have a Cube so it's not as easy, but can still be done. They've got an 800mhz, 1Ghz and duals for both. Should be a 1.2Ghz single and dual soon. MacSales.com is a good place to go... aka Other World Computing.

    Graphics slow-down

    It could very well be heat. There IS a fan on the card itself, but nothing forcing that heat OUT of the Cube. There is a great FAQ on this at cubeowner.com--installing a fan should be a priority, and you can do it without much noise at all, most likely less than the fan on the GF2.
