    Ok, let me put it plain: I want to restrict Admins to access to Accounts preferences. Or to change Accounts preferences' group owner to WHEEL. Just the Accounts part.

    Hi, How can I change the group owner for just the Accounts label under System Preferences? OR How can I disable access to it? Since I'll know how to regain access it doesn't matter a full restriction to it. I have a brother that uses this same computer and unfortunately he's Admin too...
