    I found my mistake. There was SCSI card installed when I was using OS 9.2 and I forgot to remove it. Now I took it out and reinstalled OS10.4 upgraded it to 10.4.9 and it works perfectly. Thank you guys.

    It was G4 Sawtooth Mac which I upgraded with 1.5 GHz Gigadesigns processor. The upgrades were the latest for OS 10.4, however, 10.9 package was could not be installed.     I downloaded 5 upgrades out of 7 and after reboot an installation screen appeared and did not go away. It stays there more than 5 hours. I tried to switch off the computer and turn it on again, but it comes to the same state again. Can somebody tell me what actions shall i take? Thank you.
